An approach to employees’ job performance through work environmental variables and leadership behaviours

چکیده

This study examines how the combined effects of work environmental factors and leadership behaviours lead to presence (or absence) industrial employees job performance by applying fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). A sample composed supervisor-subordinate dyads was used test propositions this study. The results show that most important variables are transformational social support. Employee empowerment task significance seem play a secondary role in leading employee performance. These findings support need for managers use positive manage human resources. paper contributes advancement knowledge through identification combinations conditions can or absence organizational outcome. Directions future studies commented on at end paper.
